Dear prospective parents and carers,
I am delighted to provide you with more information surrounding our open events for this academic year. All events will be bookable and can be accessed via the (Eventbrite) links below. In the interest of ensuring that as many families can attend each session as possible we would ask that, where possible, viewings include parents/carers and the prospective year 6 pupil only.
Open Evening – Wednesday 21 September 2022
Our evening event will be split into three separate sessions as outlined below. You will be able to book a session using the link below the relevant tour. Please use the booking reference of Hoo Tour. You will only need to book one ticket for your family group.

When attending your allocated session please ensure you have the booking form with you. Limited parking is available on site during the Open Evening.
Day Tours – Monday 26 September – Thursday 29 September 2022
Our day tours will follow the same route as our evening tours, providing the opportunity for participants to view the Academy under normal operating procedures. Two tours will be undertaken at each time slot, with four families able to access each tour. Only one booking form needs to be completed per family.

Please use the links included in the table to access the booking system. There is no parking on site during these times. Families are requested to enter the site via the pedestrian entrance gate at the Herdsdown Road/Nursery end of the site. Please ensure that you have the booking form with you.
