Attainment: Although progress scores are the most useful guides to a schools performance, the attainment information below show that pupils consistently achieve highly and show that the Academy has a culture of continuous improvement through forensic analysis, constructive challenge and support.
The impact of a rigorous and challenging sequence of curriculum is evidenced in that of all grades achieved in the 2023 summer series. The percentage of higher grades has increased again this year, and being in a selective area with only 8.6% of pupils classified as being High Prior Attainers (HPAs), achieving 10% of all entries being graded Grade 7-9 is a real celebration.

Progress 8: The Summer 2023 progress scores have yet to be calculated but the Summer 2022 outcomes, the first KS4 examinations following the pandemic, and the only progress figures currently available, saw the Academy achieve a positive progress score, which demonstrates the exceptional outcomes at the Academy.
