Upcoming Open Events

Dear Prospective Parents/Carers,

I am delighted to provide you with more information surrounding our open events for this academic year. All events will be bookable and can be accessed via the (Eventbrite) links below. In the interest of ensuring that as many families can attend each session as possible we would ask that, where possible, bookings include parents/carers and prospective Year 6 pupil only.

Open Evening – Wednesday 29 September 2021

Our evening event will be split into three separate sessions as outlined below. You will be able to book a session using the link below the relevant tour. Please use the booking reference of Hoo Tour and include the number of people who will be attending from your family group:

Session 1: Tour Only

Tour: 3:45 – 4:45pm

Tour: 5:00 – 6:00pm

When attending your allocated session please ensure you have the booking form with you. Limited parking is available on site during the Open Evening.

Day Tours – Monday 4 October – Thursday 7 October 2021

Our day tours will follow the same route as our evening tours, providing the opportunity for participants to view the Academy under normal operating procedures. Two tours will be undertaken at each time slot, with four families able to access each tour.

  • 08:40am – 09:35am
  • 09:40am – 10:35am
  • 11:00am – 11:55am
  • 12:00pm – 12:55pm

Wednesday 6 October

Tours on Wednesday 6 October will operate at slightly different times due to our 2pm finish on this day.
